A Message from Our President
Welcome to Sonoma County Hospitality Association (SCHA)
Sonoma County has a rich history of gracious hospitably and that tradition is carried on today by many of our friends and neighbors actively working in guest facing businesses in Sonoma County.
The North Bay Fires of 2017 and our recent economic climate have brought dynamic times to our lodging and hospitality community. Fortunately, one of the lessons learned is that we are stronger together, and it is with that awareness and the input of many representatives of our industry that the Sonoma County Hospitality Association was formed.
Being stronger together means creating a unified voice and education and networking opportunities through SCHA membership to guest facing business in Sonoma County. This includes Lodgings, Wineries, Breweries, Restaurants, Transportation, Attractions and Retail as well as Associate Members that support the industry. Together,we will advocate and educate with and for our members in an ongoing effort to keep our businesses viable and strong.
We welcome new members and will be adding new directors to the board who are advocates for the region and are leaders in the hospitality community. For our current members, I encourage you to increase your involvement and if you are not now a member, I ask you to join.
It is my honor to serve as President of the Sonoma County Hospitality Association. I greatly value the support of our members and guidance provided by the Board of Directors. I look forward to seeing you at one of our meetings or events and working with you to support keeping Sonoma County a great place to work and live, and an incredible place to visit.
